About

Trail Clean-Up Day!

The Pole Creek/Stanford Wood Camp OHV Trail is an officially designated USFS Adopt-a-Trail maintained by Tahoe Donner 4 Wheelers (TD4W). Because the trail is only open annually from August 1 through November 1, tree falls, brush overgrowth, and trail damage can accumulate during the long seasonal closure. With reduced staffing across Tahoe National Forest, volunteer trail maintenance efforts are more important than ever.

Sierra Adventure Vehicles (SAV) is teaming up with TD4W to support this year’s trail clean-up efforts, and as an added bonus, we’ll get the opportunity to run the trail before it officially opens to the public. Win-win!
